Information we receive

When you contact us, you may provide your name, company, email address, telephone number, shipment details and other information you choose to include in your inquiry. We may keep correspondence and records needed to respond.

For SMS communications, records may include your mobile number, messages, the permission you gave, and your opt-out preferences. Our hosting provider may also process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information and access time, to operate and protect the website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss transportation requirements, maintain business communication records, respect communication preferences, and protect our services. We do not sell personal information.

The quote request button opens a draft in your email app. An inquiry or the provision of a phone number does not automatically enroll you in SMS messages. This website does not use advertising trackers or offer an SMS sign-up form.

SMS communications and telephone consent

We obtain your agreement verbally during a telephone conversation before sending SMS messages. We identify K & K LOGISTICS LLC, explain the purpose of the messages, provide the messaging disclosures below, and ask whether you agree. We keep a record of that consent and any later withdrawal. This website is not used to collect SMS opt-in consent.

Text messages concern your transportation inquiry and related business communications that you request. Consent applies to those communications from K & K LOGISTICS LLC and is not permission for unrelated advertising.

• Your carrier's message and data charges may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop receiving SMS messages. We will honor your request; a final confirmation may be sent.

Service providers and other disclosures

We use providers to operate our website and communications, including HostSilo for hosting and Titan for business email. For SMS delivered through Zoom, Zoom and participating telecommunications providers process information needed to deliver and support the messages.

We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect our rights and the security of our services. These disclosures do not authorize selling mobile information, sharing it for third-party marketing, or transferring SMS opt-in consent to another business.

Retention and protection

We keep information for the business purposes described here, applicable recordkeeping requirements and the handling of requests or disputes. A limited record of consent or an opt-out may be retained to respect your preferences. We limit access to people and providers who need information for those purposes. No transmission or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Your choices and requests

You can ask about information associated with your communications, request a correction, or ask us to delete information or stop contact. Email the contact below. We will address requests subject to applicable requirements and any necessary recordkeeping. SMS opt-out is also available by replying STOP.

Prospective-shipper email outreach

Our separately published Outreach Privacy Notice describes public business research, email outreach records, campaign signals and email opt-out options. SMS consent is obtained separately by telephone.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as our practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Any new SMS purpose requires appropriate consent; a policy update alone does not provide it.
